It is amazing how much better I feel after only 2 sessions with Dr. Hapka!!! By the time I left my first session half of my lower back pain was gone!!!! They are very thorough here with a relaxing atmosphere. I have told everyone I know have issues to go see him!!! Wish I would've gone sooner!!! I highly recommend them :)

Thank you so very much for your accurate assessment and correcting my problem. Appreciate having a very experienced, knowledgeable sports professional assess and then correct my problem. Appreciate and have been practicing the exercises provided and the professional advice and treatment implemented. I am running again and am so grateful. If itt weren’t for your wonderful expertise I would still be in absolute pain, struggling to do my job, as well as run! Would highly recommend you and this practice to any and all athletes! Just a reminder to those that want a quick fix. Not every injury is corrected in one visit. Active Spime & Sport is a very knowledgeable practice. Please give them a chance and it may take a few visits to start seeing results! As a marathon runner, we want instant results. This is not always possible. Remember, we can’t run a marathon after one run. So it may take a few visits to start seeing results!
